Biography

I am working at the interface of protein design, synthetic biology and structural biology. My main focus is the engineering of and with modular protein-protein interactions. I am combining classic protein biochemistry and molecular biology methods with laboratory automation as well as computational approaches. More recently, I started exploring new methods for the rapid prototyping of protein circuits in cell free systems and microfluidic droplets.
