My research interests focus on the link between structure and function of proteins and macromolecules. Here, I’m working on a plant protein involved in signalling during infections. The aim of the project is to understand the protein’s function, using a combination of biophysical, biochemical and structural approaches. During my Master’s studies, I characterised a protein from P. falciparum, previously identified as a potential target for novel antimalarial drugs.
