Research Interests

My work focuses on employing various bioinformatics approaches and modeling to unravel how my target proteins function. Building on these insights, I design specific mutations to test hypotheses and validate them through in vitro experiments. In parallel, I produce and purify the proteins of interest for detailed structural characterization, aiming to deepen our understanding of their mechanisms and potential applications.
